Who handles your request

Kemet Business Intelligence handles consultation enquiries. For questions about your information, contact taher@kemetbi.com.

What you provide

The consultation form collects your name, email, company, consultation topic, challenge, desired outcome, timeline and contact preference. A phone number is required when you choose phone or WhatsApp. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information or confidential documents through the form.

How the information is used

We use it to understand your enquiry, prepare relevant research, arrange a conversation and maintain a record of the request. Submitting a consultation request does not subscribe you to marketing. The separate, optional Subscribe checkbox records your permission to receive Kemet Insights, business and sales perspectives, and webinar updates by email. It is unchecked by default. We retain a record of your choice, the consent wording and submission time. You may withdraw this permission by contacting us at the email above; marketing emails must also include an unsubscribe option.

The services involved

The website is hosted by Namecheap. Consultation requests are processed through Kemet’s intake integration, Zoho CRM and an AWS-hosted queue. Authorised Kemet AI workflows may use your enquiry to prepare research and qualification, including processing by the configured AI model provider. Paperclip’s local storage does not mean all AI processing happens locally. External outreach remains subject to Kemet’s approval process.

Browser storage and third-party requests

This website does not include advertising pixels, third-party analytics, embedded social widgets or remotely loaded fonts. The consultation page uses an essential session cookie for form security. Hosting and security services may maintain operational logs. Links you choose to follow may lead to sites with their own privacy practices.

Access and retention

Contact us to ask about access, correction or deletion of your enquiry. Records should be retained only as needed for handling the request and applicable obligations. To discuss the information held about your enquiry or the services involved in processing it, please contact us using the email above.

External links and future changes

Calendar booking, newsletter subscription or additional integrations will require their own review and an updated notice where relevant.
